A previous post said the following information. If this is indeed the scammer, he definitely has had his run ins with law enforcement. The activist said that this person runs the spam operation by spoofing numbers. His name is all over the net for this crap!

calls multiple times a day, no message. used a call blocker and called it back, just a recording that says if you believe you received this call in error to press 5 to be added to the do not call list. How could you know w/no company name?
I had blocked them too, then tried calling to see who they are. Didn't work. Calls were coming every 5-10 mins. I unblocked & answered phone. They are trying to refinance mortgages. Didn't get a name of comoany, but told her I wasn't interested.
