Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA) left an automated message at 1:51 AM with a case number. They buy packages of loans and then collect on them. Read their FAQ at <praresolutioncenter.com>. Don't know why they called me as they don't own any debt I owe. Could be intended for someone who previously had my cell number. Or it could be a sales pitch to negotiate any debt I owe. Didn't call back.
