Received this call about noon Mountain time today, 4/28/12. Looked at caller ID, saw "Florida" and unknown phone number so didn't answer. Just listened to my answering machine...a creepy whispery voice repeated something like...."Happy (not understandable word), Happy Happy (same word as before). These solicitors/telemarketers or whatever they are must be getting tired of no one answering. Glad I have caller ID.
Just got a call from this number. Answered in a very low-pitched "Italian Mafioso" accent. Silence on the other end of the line, then the call dropped. Telemarketers often do "spot checks" on lines like this when they buy a phone list just to see if somebody answers. Then they follow up later.
