Caller id shows:  Cell phone VA.  Calls 3 or more times a days does not leave a message.

Same thing is happening to me

Called left no message

Says number is Verizon and had been turned off but they just called me

Guy answered speaking in an indian accent asking for my name, told him he had wrong person then he tried probing me for my name before I told him it was none of his business and he said had a warrant for the arrest of the owner of this phone. Obvious scammer
