Called at 10:00 PM answered and no one there. Woke me up@&&&$$&

Called at 10:05 pm. I did not answer. They shouldn't be allowed to harass people with calls that late.

why do you call a number back??

They called me this afternoon, my phone rang twice, didn't go into voicemail (vm is set for 4 rings),  I didn't answer but it stopped ringing, yet the call stayed connected!  Could they have found a way to listen to me through the mic on my phone?  It freaked me out, so I didn't say anything until the call disconnected.

Left a voicemail with some automated voice mumbling something about a "survey" and a "reward." SCAM! Blocked the number. Thank God for iPhones.
