Another telemarketer call trying to sell car warranties.Caller ID said, "Chesapeake VA".
I want to thank GM for selling my name, phone number and vehicle I bought to a travelling band of thieves, whose sole purpose is to separate me from my money. Thanks, GM! Next time I buy a car, I'm factoring that annoyance into the price.
Blew the girls hair back when she refused to tell me how she got my number...Funny thing is i work for the dealership, so I knew it was a scam. I was not very polite and blocked the number from my phone
I got a call 6:30 am from a 7711 number ( that's all the #'s that showed ) followed by this one at 11 am. Likely the same scammers. Both numbers now silenced and will be forever ignored.
Got 4 calls yesterday after having not received many of late, seems all the scammers are using new numbers...
I'm not sure this number is a scam because I didn't get that far with them. They are trying to sell you an extended warranty and started off by asking me to provide them with the mileage on my vehicle in reference to an vehicle appointment of some sort that I never made. When I questioned the appointment, the caller just kept asking for my mileage. After the 3rd time I refused, the caller stated he would call back at a better time. First off, I already have an extended warranty on my vehicle through the dealership and second, I would never accept an extended warranty from a company that does business this way even for free. Phone number was blocked, so I hope to not hear from them unless they call on a different number.
This number has called me a total of 7 times in 2 hours. Everytime i call the number back, the call doesn't go through. When I tried to call from my sideline app (fake number) it wouldn't allow me too. I don't know who keeps calling me but they are annoying and will be going on the block list.
