Definitely SPAM, those 296 prefix callers act like its a survey or a call back for requested info and all their trying to do is prompt you to say YES so they can record it, then use it in fraud. I heard about it on the news.
They've called four times this month so far and never leave a message. I finally called back and a recording says they are "National Disability." Sales call, I guess.
one of a series of 757 numbers that call 3 times in a row, two mins apart. Very annoying. I never answer and they never leave a message. If you got this one there will most likely be others. Good luck.
