They called me on my signal ring (fax) number. I wonder how they got it, since I only give it out to a select group. I get frequent nuisance calls from area code (757) w/ prefix 453; ALL of which are scams or schemes, that are not worthy of bothering with. I believe that it is a cadre that keep changing their last four digits as an evasion tactic in order to avoid being blocked and to get around the NDNCR.
Called 1/20/17 at 09:58 and 12:12. Did not leave a message. Name comes up on caller ID as Virginia Bea VA. When I called back, all I get is a busy signal.
