Been receiving calls from this number at least once a week. They never leave a message. So I called back today and I get a recording. A really bad computerized recording that I can't understand what company I've called. It goes through some options about making a payment, responding to a phone call that was received, etc.....which leads me to believe this is some sort of loan company.
Funny because I was looking for a 3 bedroom townhouse and this number was on Craigslist. I saw the price and I was like this is too good to be true....... I looked up the number and this is where I landed...... Hmmmmm sounds like a pure scam to me! Thank you guys :)
aka DRS - called, I took the call, told them to stop calling my cell phone, it's illegal to autodial a cell phone in my state. They bought up a bunch of local numbers all over the country to trick you into answering.
Got call to home # from this #, listed only as Chesapeake, Va. I do not answer unknown calls, either, and it hung up as it went to v/m. Will have to block it, as others. So sick and tired of all these calls to home and cell phones on DNC lists. It's been worse in last year tan ever, several a day, from 8am to 9pm.
