I actually answered their call. It was a recording saying they were with the Coalition of Police and Sheriff. Kept asking me if I was okay with that amount no matter what my answer was.I assume it was one of those calls trying to get you to answer yes so they could get approved for things under your name.
Left no message, when I called it back, said I would have to wait for a "Customer Service Rep" and I wanted to be placed on do not call list I had to give my name, etc. so I'm just blocking this number

...just keep asking if they are a real person. The recording will tell you thank you and hang up!
In fact, you can do that with all Robo calls. If it is a real person, just keep asking them if they are human or a machine. Eventually they get annoyed and hang up. Oh sweet justice! Hey, I am the one who pays to have my phone so I can only tell them - STOP calling me if you don't like my response.
They are scammers based in Ohio. I've located their home business and contacted an attorney. They have harassed me for almost 6 years. Now its time to get in front of a judge and let him sort it out! What these people are doing hurts us and our economy...not to mention the slap in the face to all law enforcement members.
