I had three back-to-back missed calls from this number.  I called back and let it ring about twenty times.  There was no answer and no voice recording.

Constantly harassing me with im joe can you hear me always answer no! Call back said my number was successfully [***] fukn useless jerkoffs! Freedom of speech is all forms there is no illegal speech! Unless your at virginea beach where cursing is illegal! Huh?! A constitutional illegal law! How no one hasnt challenge this to a higher court is beyond me but anyways use it or loose it!!!
