Who called from 7602067322

Just got a call from this number and no one was on the line.

I have been getting a rash of very similar calls with odd caller ID's like: (number, caller ID, number of calls)

760-206-7385 EHSD x4
760-206-7383 SDEH x1
760-206-7384 PSEH x3

I think the ones that actually had a person on the end were calling about solar.

Wrong telephone number to complain about....

Called my home phone # left no message.  Caller ID says HDESA.  Looked up what HDESA is, and found it is a tool used by Ducati.  Looked at where Ducati is wrong area code this is.  So guessing scam...

Gal states she works for PHDS, a contracting company that was selected by San Diego County to provide home owners with homes built before yr 2000 with information on how one can save money on home energy upgrades.  Money is provided by Home and Development Program in San Diego County.  She was very shaky on the communication -- likely few people ever give her the time to do her schpeel.
Sounded pretty scammy to me.  I hung up.
