Calls every day! What is Paramount?

We've gotten 20 calls from them in the past 3 weeks.  Who are these people?  Never answer that first unrecognized call.  Once you do, you are called incessantly and they don't stop coming.  I want to answer and tell them to LEAVE US ALONE but there is usually no one there when you answer.  I have not picked up this call.  I'm finished answering calls that are not on my list.
