This number (with Caller ID, "Oceanside, CA) has called me sporadically over the last few weeks, but they've never left a message. Since this is a local number for me, I didn't block it, just in case...
When they called just now, they left a voicemail for the first time - though the only "message" left was noisy Call Center voices (I could hear "...I'm calling from..." and such, muffled in the background). So that, along with BOM's post from about the same time, I can go ahead and block too. Thanks, BOM! :)
Just called 10 minutes ago with Oceanside Ca on the caller id. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. Called the number back and got a disconnected signal. Number now blocked.

Caller ID was "ESHTD". I made the mistake of answering. They asked if I was the homeowner and wanted to tell me about a "program for free home renovations". I told them to take me off their call list and I am blocking their number. Definitely a scam.
Called my DNC home line again, call didn't go through this time as the number is blocked. Now CID reads DIRHOME SOLN. These callers are morons as no decent person will give business to DNC violators and harassers.
