Received a hang up in voicemail.  Number blocked.

Received a phone call also, but no message left.

number calls on a robo call to a number registered on the do not call list - calling the number it says that the number is no longer in service

have received calls from 760-256-3651 over and over since the beginning of Jan 2016. I answer every time, they ask for us by name, I ask who's calling and they say something California ....like an energy company or something. I asked them to take our phone # off of their list, they just keep talking and I hang up.  This has happened over and over. Their last call was at 4:05 pm today.  I answered again and no one spoke.....they did not hang up, they were just silent.  I looked it up and most sites show it is coming from Barstow.  When I call the number back, a recording says it is disconnected.
