Who called from 7602787391

Call from Mosaic Network. This was not from Mosaic Networks in Santa Barbara. I was unable to find the company in 760 and when I called the number back, a voice said "goodbye" and hung up. I am on the do not call list, but still get telemarketing calls daily.

Similar.  Got a call.  No message. When I called back, just a hangup.
