I've had multiple calls from this number, same MO. In most of the calls, the caller identifies himself as Max. My phone has also captured a phone number 253-101-1540. Same guy. Offering a refund of $435 and references a purchase I made in January 2016 with an order number.
They begin with a thick accent offering you a REFUND based on a computer service you had done in the past, then want some very personal info to get the refund going. South Florida Services is who they describe as the company. If any company needs to refund a customer they will already have your pertinent info and can just MAIL a check, right? Caller ID comes up unknown name & number. Check out your computer service sources and don't fall for this sneaky scam!

I also received a voice mail from 'Max' stating that I have a refund. Considering that the caller ID came up with a 253 area code and '101' prefix, I didn't answer.
I receive calls from this man all the time from different phone numbers and I continue to just block him. It started out that he needed to refund me for $40 for a computer service. He said the credit card we used for the service is no longer good so they need a new number so they can refund me- he called today and now he said he has a refund of $300 for me he just needs the access to my computer and a new card number. He has been relentlessly calling me and he even tried to cover up his accent with a British accent and even had a woman call me. He is very rude, I will never give him any info so I'm not sure why he keeps calling
