Who called from 7603584378

Called yesterday.  Caller ID said "Electricity Co".  Most likely solar or similar scammers.  My electricity company is Southern California Edison and they would identify themselves as that or SCE.

They are scammers... They had a recording in Spanish and I asked to speak to a representative that spoke English and they hung up on me. But before they did they said,"sorry we have the wrong number".

Scammers, even changed phone # and got calls.  One site said Location of the owner is ocotillo, ca.  Very close to the Mexican border, it is.

I don't usually answer calls when I don't recognize the number.  This number came in on my cell so I answered.  Couldn't tell if the woman was on a recording or live, speaking Spanish.  I hung up on her.

Two junk calls from these idiots, I never answer them and they still call.....
