On June 16, June 24, June 30, July 6, and July 8, I received voice mssgs from this number that were no more than 4 seconds long & of too poor audio quality for my service to process. On July 8 I finally called the number. A male voice, rather drunk or incompetent or sad sounding, responded that he had not called me. The mssgs then stopped.
