A Google search shows this number belongs to a 65 year old women named Nicole Dean.  Telemarketers are probably spoofing her phone number without her knowledge.  The search shows this as a probable spam call.  Not only do these telemarketers spam us but they spoof our numbers without our permission and the phone companies don't care.  I don't know any Nicole Dean from Encinitas.
