Robo call, Indian male calling himself "Kevin Mason" with the old IRS scam. Besides the fact that the IRS will NEVER contact you by phone about payments, his use of the term "magistrate" gives him away - we have judges here in the USA; magistrates are in British colonial countries! We "must" call the number back in order to work out payments to avoid jail time - only if I want my credit card info and identity stolen!

Just had a second call from this # - this time I didn't say anything, so the recording wasn't triggered, hung up after a few moments. Maybe the silent treatment works!?
Same Indian "Important IRS action against you" scam that I get 2-5 times a day from random numbers. Recording they push to voicemail is so horrible it can hardly be understood and AT&T doesn't even try to transcribe it for Visual Voicemail.
