This number has called my AT&T Dumb Cell repeatedly and not left a message.
If I don't recognize the number (have it in my contacts) I don't answer.
If you don't leave a message identifying who you are and why you are calling me I don't return the call.
I haven't seen this number reported as A-1 Solar or Green Energy as the 30 other numbers they have spoofed and I have blocked in my phone.
