Same as above. This scammer also uses similar spoofed number 760-417-5772

i answered without saying anything. a recording said, "Hi, this is Emily in the administrative department calling on a recorded line. Am I speaking to...?" The sound trailed out, then the call hung up like 5 seconds later. seems like one of those calls they just want to get you to say "yes" so they can scam you.

that unlike the IRS calls and the tech support calls, and the grant and PCH calls, no one has ever been scammed by saying yes.
