September 22, 2016, 7:16 PM. Call from 760-452-8933. Caller ID said, "CARDIFF PARK." No message. Several calls reported in the past 5-9 hours from this number reported on Mr. Number. Best guess was a reference to winning a free cruise, but didn't necessarily seem to be a credible source. (Did our cruise friends in LA finally find a San Diego County phone to spoof?) There is also a web site, www.CardiffPark.com which is a full service, fee only financial advisor. It's unknown if they are connected to the call. That could be spoofed, too.

Just got a call from this number but did not answer it. They left no message. It read from Encinitas, CA. Got rid of my house phone for this reason - and now my cell is inundated with bogus, unwanted calls.
