I just received a call from this number as well. Showed up on caller ID as out of area. I called back and he said he was with the US Treasury department but could barely speak English. I told him if this was really the Treasury they would not be calling from an out of area number and also that the department was not located in California which is where the area code is from. Scammers! Get a job!!
