Indian claiming to be the "US Treasury" - I told them to stop calling me and some other choice words. They hung up. I called back and gave them a piece of my mind. If we all keep calling them, maybe we can run up their phone bills.

Another fake IRS/Treasury Dept. scam. In unrecognizable accent said he was Steve Martin (yeah, right...) and that he hopes I'll cooperate. Will report and block.
I got a call earlier from the number (760) 4625019 treating me with criminal action if I do not call immediately. i did so and realised it was a scam and said a few mean things to the person who was getting belligerent. I hung up and he then called me from (213) 550 1078 and started abusing and verbally threatening me and my family. These kinds of scams have gone too far and something needs to be done about this.
I just received my second call today from this number regarding some "IRS legal action" to be taken for some bogus illegal activity. Please know it is a SCAM as I had a similar call last year, looked into it and then reported it; as I will do again. The IRS does not use such means or tactics when communicating with individuals. Thank you to all who post their warnings. I hope no one is fooled by this ridiculous scam.
I also received a call today from this number regarding some "enforcement action by the US treasury department " to be taken for an illegal activity. He said it concerned a federal legal offense! and I was advised to cooperate. I will report this to the authorities.
