Received a call from this number. When I called back a oriental woman answered saying she was from the IRS and was wanted on tax invasion. She would not give me any information concerning the matter. When I said I was hanging up she said investigators would be at my house in 45 minutes to arrest me. This was a very scary experience for me because nothing like this has ever happened to me.
Someone with a male recorded speech impediment called from a California number indicating they were from the US government claiming this was the second and last attempt to contact and to take criminal legal action if the phone call is not returned.
Received a call from this number claiming to be from the IRS about tax evasion. When confronted would not give details about the supposed crime or how to fix it without paying them money immediately
Received recorded call this morning from "Steve Martin" from "US Treasury" supposedly about some federal issue that is outstanding but unable to speak with a live person. Called the # back but busy. I've never received anything in the mail from the IRS. This is a scam!!!!
