My cell, which is also on DNC list, received a call from 619-683-2733, and a woman's voice left a message that I should call 760-470-9061 (an unlisted cell phone) as she has the information that I wanted(!). As 619-683-2733 has been reported to this site as a number used by telemarketers, the conclusion is obvious.
