Who called from 7604886940

Called me I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up there was a voicemail but no one said anything.

Received call from this # on my cell. I did not answer. No message left.

November 3, 2016, 5:01 PM, Call from 760-488-6940.  Caller ID said, "California."
Call came in to my unlisted cell phone, a number that not even my friends have.  It's for outgoing calls only, I don't answer it.  Since the number isn't available, I suspect this was a robo dial.
