Called but did not leave a message.  I called the number back and received a message stating "Thank you for calling 24 asset management".  This is a "rent to own" information marketing company.  I had called them previously when answering an ad in Craigslists.org about a really nice house advertised for rent.  When speaking with the person I learned that they want you to pay $100+ for a list of foreclosed homes.  When asked if the house advertised was actually available for rent or if it was just a hook to get people to call, the woman speaking literally said "uhh uhh" sounded like she was choking and the line disconnected.  I am not paying anyone $100+ for a list of anything.
