Another new number associated with the recorded female voice (who mentions current fed plans on interest rates) and the scam telling us that due to our good record (that they have been "monitoring") we are eligible for zero percent interest for 12 month.  Scammers just want our credit card numbers!  Very interesting to me how many of these numbers end in "9286" and I notice because it's similar to my home phone.
