Best thing to do is not answer calls from numbers you don't recognize. If you answer, they pass along your phone number to other scammers as a "live person". They could care less about the DNC list. Many of them are calling from out of the country and there are no consequences for breaking US / Canadian laws.
Probably another Solar Telescammer Scumbag/Criminal using a spoofed number and ignoring the worthless DNC list...
BEWARE: These people are criminals using a spoofed number to try get your personal information.
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocking device which will eliminate most of the telespam calls.
