Just called here. All the earmarks of a spammer/scammer; unknown number, no personal name, no business name and no message when I didn't answer. Blocked.

CID - unknown name. Received call, didn't answer. Caller didn't realize she got my machine so message was, "Hello, may I speak to ***** please?  Hello? Hello?"  Definitely a robocaller. Blocked the number but it won't matter they'll just use a different one next time.

If you call the number back, you get a "disconnected" recording.  Definitely a scam.

This number just called my DNC landline.  On the basis of your reports, I can block it right now.  Thank you!!!
April 18, 2017, 3:07 PM.  Call from 760-563-9720.  Caller ID said, "CALIFORNIA CALL."  No message.
