This phone number is a scam. Foreigner on the phone warning the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. I didn't let him finish talking, I just hung up on him. I received another threatening, final notice call hours later from the same number. After researching, I found out this is one of the top scams this year. The IRS would not contact you with threats via phone.
