they passed themselves off as HP Support, their phone number comes up as product support. I have a brand new HP printer that crashed so instead of finding the paper work that came with it, I looked up HP support phone number. They wanted to remote access to my computer to see the printer logs, and then they said I have a clampi worm on my computer and that they could remove it for 199.00 and garrentee that I couldn't get it again. I knew then that something was wrong so I told him I would have to talk to my husband first and they should call back later. He did call back and I told him that the problem has been fixed through my antivirus and that I would no longer need his services, and he hung up on me. Next day, I have someone else call me from the same number and I told him the problem was solved and said goodbye, well they have called my house 4 times this morning.
Got a call on our landline, trying to sell Green Energy (windows, blah, blah) I told him I have requested them before to take our # off their list...he told me to F off & hung up
