This is the number that shows up when someone calls you from the new google voice program. It's somebody calling you from their gmail account. Try it. It's very cool.

I do not recognize this number; nobody speaks.  If it is not a personal friend, it needs to stop immediately.

It's from Google Voice / Gmail Voice Chat service, when the caller does not have an inbound number with Google Voice.
