this number leaves a recorded message saying "... we have tried several times to call you regarding a complaint filed against you....it is important that you call us back..."
This must be a commercial call center number, or else a number often spoofed. They've switched from the IRS to a caller ID of Medcare. (Who knows, maybe they figure that after a couple of good scares from the IRS, they should put a cardiologist on the line.... ;) )
This is an easy pick. They're blocked!
May 18, 2017, 10:44 AM. Call from 7650-718-3346. Caller ID said, "MEDCARE," (This is not their first call, though possibly from different number in the past.) No message.
