It is credit one collecting on debt. They are extremely rude and don't seem to understand when you tell them that you are unemployed and can't pay the minimum. I sent them 60% of the minimum (which was more than I could afford) and they kept pushing me to oay more. When I told them that i would send my next payment next month, they stated that they would put a comment in my account that I refuse to make a payment. They threatened to send me to collection but I told them that as long as I send payments and they cash those payments, they are not allowed to send me to collections. I then asked if they had a license to do business in California because California law says ALL businesses have to have a license in California and all my transactions are in California and I live in California, they need a license and that i would report them, they hung up on me. They keep calling but don't leave messages. Oh well.
