This is the 3rd consecutive day that I've had a call to my DNC landline or my DNC cell phone originating in, or pretending to originate in, Valley Center, CA.  This one was to the DNC cell phone.  Each time, the call comes from a different Valley Center phone number.  If anyone happens to get a positive ID on this caller, Please share it.  Thanks!
