Rang and I answered. No one said anything and after a few seconds, I got a quick three tones and then disconnected. I've found two entries on the Internet. One someone said it is a bad number (area code and prefix cannot be the same) and the other said it was solar. I don't think it was solar cause no one said anything. I'm going with spoofed phone number.
