This caller calls twice a day.  When I answer no one speaks.  They then hang-up.  Every freaking day!

This Caller Calls at 7:00 am almost every Morning. My Wife is Disabled and this wakes her up, Its not good for her to be awaken this early. I am Sick and tired of this, I know its a Solar Company, I would sue them If I can find out where they are located. Same Call almost every Day, with No answer just a call, I have Had It, Please tell me what I can do.

Received hang up in voicemail.  Number blocked.

The person on the phone had a strong accent and say "Halo Mahm What are you doing?  What's your name?"  The guy sounded so creepy.
