Continually calling

I call this number back, it rings once and hangs up, each and every time.

I am blocking it right after  I report the vexation.  My line is drawn!!

Calls from 760-870-9083. They don't answer and when I don't hang up they come back on the line. The call is eventually cancelled.

Hispanic woman. I couldn't understand what she was saying. After saying What? Several times, she said she'd call back. No thanks.
