i get at least two calls a day from this number.  My caller id says it is located in Ramona, CA

I do too. Anyone who this is?

I get a few calls a day too. Called back and says number is disconnected. Wierd.

It's SPOOFED, that's why you get the "disconnected or not-in-service" recording.  Crooks, scammers, and adolescents with too much time on their hands spoof their number.  Block it.

The guy on the phone said he was sending out requested material for college testing for my daughter. needed my visa card number to secure the program material. the amount he wanted to charge me was $216.32 after a 30 day "study session." He did give me a call back number ( 888-611-8941) when I told him I didn't have my card on hand. This 760-870-9092 number is disconnected.
