Caller ID said "IMC" and the #. I answered the phone, "Who's calling?" (yep... no "hello", just "who's calling") Person asked for one of us by name and without answering that question I repeated, "Who's calling?". Female voice stated she was with the National Rifle Association. Told her, "This # is on the DO NOT CALL list...don't call back"... and I hung up. Using Startpage, I was unable to find the #, but did find "IMC Credit Services... Receivables Management, Bad Debt Collection". No other listing under IMC made any sense. Will send a note to NRA and let them know.
no one on line. If you call the number you get a message machine to leave a message for Dominic Jison (sp of last name not known). I do not know this person. When he does robo call, there is no one on the line.
Calling this number back gets a recorded message saying all calls might be recorded and then says thank you for calling the National Rifle Association.
This number has called me every day for the last two weeks. No message left. I don't pick up either - I'm a busy person and if they are really needing to talk to me, they'd have left a message by now. It's getting ridiculous.
We've been getting calls from this number for many weeks (months), with the name "INC" on the caller ID, and they finally answered when we picked up the phone. Apparently, it's the NRA. When I asked if there was a return number, they gave the NRA's 800 number.
They have a history of hanging up on the answer machine, and have hung up when we've answered before. It looks like it might be a spoofed number...not sure why they'd be doing that, or why they wouldn't use their name on the caller ID.
