Unknown caller, did not recognize number and did not answer

New fake number from old solar spammers. CID said "PRA Destinations" but we all the CID's like the phone numbers are meaningless.

Called and did not leave message.  I called back and the number is disconnected.  Obviously a scam call.

Multiple calls from these guys over the past few days. They never leave a message.

Claimed to be from Outreach Energy. Asked for my phone number to be removed and he hung up. Reporting to FCC.
