I called back on December 29th, 2015 expecting it was a collection call. It was and I was fine with that, however they were not willing to work with me in terms of setting up a payment plan. They wanted all or nothing and were pretty rude about that.

It was a man who could barely speak English though he tried hard to hide his accent. He asked for me by name. He refused to tell me which office he was calling from. I only answered because it was a local number and I was expecting a call. He told me to tell him my social and I said "NO" he said "ok why don't I tell you what I have and you confirm" I said "sure go ahead" he hung up the phone. This is a SCAMMER.
