I received a call on Wed., Aug. 10 @ 5:45 p.m. on my home phone. Caller ID showed "Barstow, CA 760-979-4939" I did not answer since I didn't recognize the number. It surprised me that an automated message was left. It stated "This call is from the CDE Group, a debt collector. Please return my call at 877-272-9923. Thank you." I left the previous message regarding 760-979-4939. I looked up the CDE Group and it turns out that the company is actually called the CBE Group... B not D. Sorry, apparently their automated voice system isn't very clear. You can find them if you Google 'CBE group'. Follow the prompts for more info and it gives you people's reviews for the company. After reading a few of those, I'm staying away from them and blocking their number(s).
