Who called from 7609795222

another fake bill collector that does not state who he is calling, nor who he is, and says he is a debt collector on the message. He claims to be with Dynamic Recovery Solutions at 8008211658. He keeps changing his # although they all seem to originate from the 760 area code for me.

Also all of the #'s he has called from are VOIP #'s. This one by Peerless.

it is the same message, same tone, same voice. I think it is a robo caller leaving these illegal messages. Same info as above post.
