Who called from 7609917654

I received a call from this number at 12:33 PM PST on 11/12/15.  I answered and said Hello.  There was no response.  I said Hello again -- and the party hung up without saying a word.  I Star69ed them, and got 760 991-7654.  I called and got their voice mail.  I thought of leaving an angry message, but then thought better of it.  (There's a lot of psychos out there.)

Called 20Nov2015 @1:34PM PST &11Nov @ 12:28PM PST. CID=Ronald Liliana. Didn't recognize name so didn't answer. Sure appreciate Caller ID feature!

Called my DNC home line, left no message. Probably the usual scammers using spoofed number and CID showing woman's name. Blocked this number too.

This is probably another of the many fake phone numbers used by solar telemarketers. Same MO, many calls, no message,

Called 01MAR2016 at 3:49 PM. Caller ID indicated "Cell Phone CA". Didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. Blocked.
