A collection company, have gone through this with other company in past. Just need to mail them a cease and desist letter in writing and then by law they are only allowed to contact y ou one more time either to confirm or deny they got it or not. If they contact you again after receiving the letter (return receipt) they are liable for 1,000$ for each contact either through mail or phone.
